Vcity333 Terms & Conditions – Official Malaysia Platform Terms of Use

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions have the meanings set out below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account at vcity333.
• "Account" refers to a registered user profile on vcity333, containing personal information, account balance, and activity records.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds in MYR (RM) available in the user's vcity333 account, including cash and eligible bonus amounts.
• "Rollover" or "Rollover" refers to the bonus wagering requirement whereby users must place bets totalling a specified amount before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process that vcity333 may require before processing withdrawals or certain account activities.
• "Games" encompasses all game types available at vcity333, including slots, Live Casino, blackjack, roulette, Jackpot, cricket, and Sports Betting.

Use of the vcity333 platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements:

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at vcity333. Holding multiple accounts is a breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your vcity333 username and password confidential.
• Ensuring that no other party accesses your account without your authorisation.
• Notifying vcity333 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• All activity on your account, even if carried out by another party.

Vcity333 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a copy of your identification card, bank statement, or other relevant documents to verify your identity and source of funds.

Vcity333 only accepts deposits from accounts or e-wallets registered under the user's own name. Deposits from third parties, including family members, are not permitted and will be returned after deducting any applicable processing fees.

Withdrawal of winnings at vcity333 is subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per withdrawal transaction.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vcity333 platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to use your account.

• Directives from the relevant authorities in Malaysia.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the vcity333 support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding rollover requirements will be assessed and any cash balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned upon completion of the review process.

Vcity333 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via:

Dispute resolution steps:

• Step 2: If a dispute cannot be resolved at the customer support level, it will be escalated to vcity333 management for further review.
• Step 3: If all internal resolution efforts fail, both parties may elect to refer the dispute to mediation or arbitration in accordance with the applicable provisions of Malaysian law.
